Italian Affair – “Where Even Italians Go to Eat Italian!”

Italian Affair opened its doors to the Glassboro Community in July of 1988. Original Owner, Gino Fazzolari, debuted many traditional Italian dishes, with the addition of Calabrese Style cuisine. The original family-run restaurant quickly became a success throughout South Jersey.

In 1996, Italian Affair expanded out to its current location to accommodate the rapid, constant increase of business. Giuseppe Celano, Gino’s nephew, has worked with Italian Affair since its creation; learning the entire aspect of the restaurant business. With a degree in Business Management, Giuseppe continued to expand his knowledge of the restaurant by studying a vast majority of worldwide wines.

After purchasing Italian Affair from his uncle in 2006, Giuseppe revamped the restaurant to keep the family atmosphere, while at the same time, creating a fine dining ambience. Italian Affair has since created an award-winning wine list every year, and continues to expand its collection. The addition of the outside Patio Bar has given the community an additional space to hangout, relax, and enjoy their time here while dining Al-Fresco.
